ANNUAL AWARDS FUNCTION - 2014
The Annual Awards Function of MKSSS’s Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research for Women (HNIMR) was held on 22nd March 2014.
Study Tour at ESI Corporation
On 21st March 2014, HNIMR girls were at the regional office of ‘The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)‘ for study tour.
Mr.Rajshekhar Singh, Assitant Director – ESIC oriented students on the provisions of ‘The Employee State Insurance Act’, why it is needed and the applicability of the provisions of the act.
He gave tips to our ‘future HR managers – our HR specialisation students’ about practical crucialities while dealing with cases of ‘insured person’ under ESI.
He also briefed students about the current and future initiatives which ESIC is taking towards reducing the complexities of processes and improving facilities at the ESIC hospitals.
“Innovative Lecture Series”, we organized a lecture on “Personality and Graphology” on 17th Feb 2014 to all MBA students. Graphology is the technique of handwriting analysis that helps to explore personality traits and many more. This analysis is useful to find the lacuna within and improve accordingly. Mr. Ashish Shah, expert in the field delivered the session and grabbed the attention of students towards Self Development. Students were satisfied with the inputs and got encouraged to focus on Self Analysis for Self Development. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Director, Dr. Jagdish N. Pol and Prof. Suvarna V. Dhamdhere.

Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha’s (MKSSS) Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research has successfully organized a 2 day National Seminar on ‘Local and Global Imperatives of Business Excellence’ on 8th and 9th February 2013. Mr. Vishwas Deval , the chairman of the Sanstha, informed the participants about the unique contribution of Sanstha in the field of women’s education. Dr. Bharati Dole, Director HNIMR explained the theme & the relevance of the topic. The occasion was graced by Dr. Mrs. Snehalata Sahastrabudhe, President and Mr. Puroshottam Lele-Chairman of local managing committee.
